Lucille Prefers the Fantasy

"Lucille is a rare preteen Cinderella doll I found at St Vincent De Paul thrift in Lincoln Heights. This series documents four months of time spent with her as a means of exploring intentional solitude, reflected perceptions and fostering greater self care/self love through the act of play. The end result is a combination of both still film and mixed media illustration. My main interest is in the merging of concrete objects and projected fantasies."
