"My art is deeply rooted in my exploration of identity, particularly as an immigrant woman living in the United States. Much of my recent work reflects the feeling of being marginalized, of existing on the fringes of society, almost invisible to the world around me. Growing up in a conservative society has further shaped my perspective, and my art challenges societal norms, highlighting the pressures and violence that dictate how women are expected to behave and appear. Through my work, I invite viewers to question these constructs and reexamine what is considered 'normal'."
